1. Service Description

ELV provides an embeddable AI voice agent widget for websites. The service includes website crawling for knowledge base generation, real-time voice conversations, and a management dashboard.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access
  • You must only crawl websites you own or have permission to crawl

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ELV to:

  • Provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper disclaimers
  • Impersonate a human agent without disclosure
  • Collect personal information from visitors without consent
  • Distribute malicious content or spam
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

4. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for the API and widget services. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage is metered by conversation minutes. Overages are charged at the per-minute rate for your plan tier. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide to ELV (website content, pinned answers, uploaded Q&A). We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to process your content solely for providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ELV is provided "as is". We are not liable for inaccurate AI responses, service interruptions, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
